Happy Birthday to the Evergreen Garden Playschool in Devens! 2012 is the tenth anniversary of this amazing playschool, dedicated to nurturing children at the most formative period of life.

  Peter Whitney, 73, of Lunenburg, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2012 in his home.

Pauline A. Starr, 91, of Vero Beach, FL, formerly of Lunenburg and Leominster, died suddenly January 24, 2012, at the Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach.

Mary C. (Truland) Ray, 84, a longtime resident of Lunenburg, died Saturday, January 28, in Health Alliance Leominster Hospital, after a brief illness, surrounded by her loving family and friends.

  Pauline Anne (Reagan) Maynard, a longtime Fitchburg resident, died Monday, January 30, in the University of Massachusetts/Memorial Healthcare, Worcester, after a brief illness, surrounded by her loving family.

    Alberta W. ‘Becky’ (Waldron) Santangelo,  88, a Lunenburg resident for the past 71 years, died peacefully Thursday, January 26, in the Highlands Nursing Home, after and extended illness.

James P. “Lunch Box” Bursey, 47, of Lunenburg, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, Jan. 25, on a jobsite in Winchendon, doing what he loved to do.

John L. Paquette, 88, of Lunenburg, passed away Thursday morning, January 19, 2012, in his home with his wife and children at his side.
